Pros

Hybrid work but really depends on the division and manager.

Cons

Your salary will never catch up to inflation. Lots of micromanaging coming from top-down, will spend over a week fighting over 10 dollars on a trip reimbursement.

Pros

Benefits and time of are good.

Cons

Systems are extremely antiquated and they just keep putting bandaids on top of bandaids instead of actually getting a system that works.

Pros

Superb benefits, great training when starting out, major holidays off (or double pay if you work them, great retirement

Cons

no follow up or refresher training once youre in the job for many years, some employees are complacent and do not pick up the slack (I assume that is everywhere, tho), some jobs are 24 hour positions, meaning you work days, nights, midnight shifts. Getting promoted is hard because few and far between opportunities
