Pros

Easy access to HQs via Metro. Cafeteria, gym, daycare (although wait-list is over 2 years), on site. Leadership embraces teleworking - lots of flexibility. Leadership is mostly supportive of those who are here to support the mission (Air Traffic Operations).

Cons

Lots of meetings; promoting from within is a rarity; outside training opportunities are hard to come by; many of the seasoned employees are resistant to change.
