You provide engineering oversight and so you watch more than do. The doing is paperwork but some technical reviews. Leadership lacking

The people here are professional; focused on safety; and driven to provide value to the American people. The organization believes in its people and asks us for our best; to provide constant forward looking thinking; and to provide support for the job at hand; Safety in the Air!.

Cons

Working for an organization with such high expectations can take its toll on you. There is never a day when you can just say, "I don't feel like performing at that level today."
