Pros

Like any company, your immediate experience will be highly correlated to your immediate supervisor. My supervisors have been mostly very good. The company is working to modernize it's culture and make I&D at the forefront of our culture. I appreciate the effort.

Cons

The industry as a whole is struggling right now. Time will tell if ExxonMobil handles the transitions well. We recently lost our 401k matching, so that puts a dent in teh comp&benefits package.
