      Work life balance. No extra un paid hours.

      Career in buenos aires location is hard to make. As its is a buesiness support center therer are not much high responsable positions.

      The only good thing is to be able to travel at least once at year and at that time you have the chance to learn from the business line

      Salary is not good compared with market. There is an important salary difference between your pears doing the same job. There is no good salary update. The only way you can receive a good increase is doing everything you have to do and more...otherwise you are just average... The managment sucks..is just old people doing nothing important or productive. You have to participate in every meeting no metter is it is related to your work or not... They claim...safety first but then you have to have to carry the weight of your laptop and everything on the bilding..when you are traveling...is just loosing time
