      Prof development is great. A good way to start your career and work with people all around the world. Great school.

      Cons

      Slow growth and limited by age. Mid leadership lacks development opportunities in Argentina. Too many leaders want the same role which have limited vacants.

      It is applicable to every big company. The fact of working in such a big company, sometimes make you loose the big picture, considering we only work on an specifical part of the company. So you need more time to fully understand the how areas are connected.

      Pros

      Good people, good analysts. On EMIT (ExxonMobil IT) everybody is willing to teach. Some good supervisors want to change and move the company forward Travel Opportunities. A lot of room for new ideas.

      Cons

      Since 2015 (oil prices drop), the budgets have been cut significantly. Safety, is way to exaggerated Over controlled Slow to move, too bureaucratic. Since the migration to India, a lot of IT positions have been outsourced.
