Pros

Excellent salaries, able to work with very intelligent coworkers, opportunities for travel and multiple career paths, great opportunities and compensation if you rank highly compared to your peers.

Cons

Personnel system is abysmal. The company uses a very archaic method of evaluating employee performance based upon intangible parameters. Too much responsibility and power for shaping employees' career paths is given to management, with too little communication with employees as to where they see themselves moving in the company. An HR representative told me that 50% of new hires in the company leave within their first 5 years. Also, management is often more concerned with short-term goals and their own performance rankings rather than providing leadership and support to their subordinates or thinking about the future of the company.

Pros

Extremely competitive pay and benefits compared to most of the industry. Global reputation and name recognition that can open doors anywhere. Exposure to large-scale, complex projects and cutting-edge technology.

Cons

The company culture can feel very harsh — they justify the high pay by pushing employees to their limits. Constant pressure, with relentless performance feedback and ranking. A strong sense of job insecurity: layoffs happen frequently, and you’re never fully safe. Many employees feel it’s almost impossible to stay long-term without sacrificing mental health.

Pros

Salary, benefits, colleagues and most people being competent and willing to help

Cons

Sharp change of company culture in last 2 years. After business transformation (which was promoted as a good thing) they moved positions and entire departments to India. While management praise itself and talks about goals, achievement and BS, we get to know relevant information about how company is going and which positions are closed only through rumors. Competition is insane and ranking system a joke. You can master your job and receive poor rank or be mediocre at your job and receive highest rank, only because your are popular, have good relationships with the right people and you look busy and engaged from the outside. No recognition whatsoever, no internal mobility, no visibility of interanal openings, hiring freeze, everything related to your career goes through your spv and you are less trusted than a convict. CAS is the position with fewer rights and stricter rules over wfh, working hours, etc. You are treated like low level scam nobody cares about but still expected to bring brilliant idea on how to bring processes, although most of your tasks are moved to India and there is nothing you can do about it. In this job you are asked to be clever and think of way to improve things around but in reality you have to turn off your brain and follow orders like a zombie.
