Department disappearing

Pros

Multisport Pension plan Benefity Depending on your SP (working from abroad) Depending on your SP (home office when you are sick) Depending on your SP (flexible hours)

Cons

They are closing departments every second, Leaving people without options for progress and their internal applications are really poor, This is leaving yourself waiting for an angel passing by to help you find an open possition before your department is disappearing. Also taking advantage of this situation giving poor conditions of work taking away all the flexibility and safety enviroment that they say they offer. (not true, only if your manager is reasonable person).

Pros

I don’t have any pros to share.

Cons

You and your colleagues are pitted against each other at review time. You also can’t apply for a different job, they decide which job and when they will “allow” you to move to another role.

Pros

Some of the best colleagues to work with Gain exposure to experts all around the world, learning and getting your opinions respected for engineering works Occasional events, business trips

Cons

Some of the most toxic managers are working in the KL office. Have no empathy towards employees and constantly lowballing increments despite being a high flier continuously. Learnt that promotions can be held back due to age not reaching the desired minimum for the promotion level. High turnover rates due to demotivated staff. Having to take night calls quite often if you are supporting North American or European countries. Kind of messing up sleeping schedule as you would need to prepare for the call and take the call at night.
