Pros

I've been gainfully employed for the last 24 years without being laid off, so it shows to be a very stable company. In comparison to other companies in the same category, the pay is decent. You are given 10 days to dedicate towards training, so that's good!

Cons

If you're not at the MPT Level, you won't get many projects assigned to you. If you're at the OCA level, you tend to stay there and you're expected to complete all of the work given to you within your 8 hour time period.

Pros

Provide opportunities to fresh graduates, care about the employee wellness, no excessive pressure, relaxed environment, people does not get easily fired

Cons

Slow salary increase, slow and poor employee development for top performers, expect a terrible performer to be moved every year when a top performer has to wait for three or more for it
