Pros

Pay is above average. Medical benefits is on insurance and so far no issues with that

Cons

A lot of low value work/sustainment work/pulling data /benchmarking that takes up most of your time. You wont have time to do”high value” work but are expected to also deliver high value work, meaning you have to OT/work weekends if you want to strive for a higher performance assessment result
