- Poor management with lack of focus on individual development. Management is only focused on their own performance of getting more work from the sites and porting it over although it may be boring/repetitive which would not further develop engineers here. - Certain assignments given out are unfair towards some individuals (i.e.: given out to individuals who told their bosses they want to leave company) - Boring/Repetitive while making us stay in the role for too long
