Pros

If you are lucky, you can find yourself in a great team with an understanding supervisor. Extra holidays and 40 hours of PPTO (Personal paied time off) is very helpful to maintaine your everiday life and to get some extra rest after 16-18 hour working days.

Cons

Lack of transparency from management, extreme working hours, mooves within the company are not well organized,

Pros

Benefits, Rotation between job roles, Good spirit, International teams, Hybrid work, Many good teams and supervisors - just hard to predict as there are constant moves.

Cons

Entry level jobs, with little knowledge share, awful and short handovers. The gained experience in the job will convert to "specialists" or to "supervisors", with a slights increase in salary, and a lot of challenge to figure out how to do your job, as no actual useful training given. All depends on the handover, which is usually very short. The knowledge disappears as there are too many rotations between the jobs, with many handovers. The good point this way you may see many job roles, but the hours are partly about investigation how to do something unusual, who is responsible, and who may have any information on it. All ASAP. Unless you have a great team - which actually is common - won't be satisfying for long. HR was reduced to a minimal team who are over pressured, other part of the job roles were outsourced to cheaper countries. Every decision comes from abroad, limited power. Seen as one of the cheap workforce hub. More and more 3rd country member, while Hungarians won't work for this much.
