Not much reason to work for them. Low stress maybe.

Cons

High monotony, no challanges, huge workload after a while, fake communication beside the company, they do not raise your salary based on your performance. They are here to have the Hungarians work for low salary and keep their own costs low.

Pros

Flexible work time, young environment, opportunity to participate in projects (depends on department though), very employee friendly environment, company tries to keep employees healthy and safe.

Cons

You cannot decide which department you will work at. They ask you at the interview but dont take it into consideration. Same starting salary for masters degree holders as bachelor degree holders. As it is a big multinational company, you wont get the big picture. Rotations once in every 2-3 years, often preferences not taken into consideration.
