Pros

Long time Experian employees are fantastic and will always go the extra mile to make sure they help and answer anyone's questions. Flexible work (in office, hybrid, remote) Good medical benefits, 401K, ESPP

Cons

The company culture used to be very employee oriented and respectful. That has changed to one that views people as expendable and not worthy of respect. Recently, the performance ratings system (1-5) was updated such that a 3 is no longer average (it's a "great" rating now) and we were encouraged by Sr. Leadership to give people 1s and 2s which means they do not receive a raise or bonus. They said, "we don't have enough 1s and 2s so you need to go back and look at that." If I had low performers I'd have worked with them and/or managed them out. It very much feels like they are trying to force people to leave by making the environment hostile and toxic. Newer employees (many from Ticketmaster) seem to have a very different view of culture and working together. They are very political and don't seem to enjoy being part of the Experian family.
