Poor ethics + poor integrity = poor employer

Pros

Good base salaries, although other benefits within the package were not as generous as I've had elsewhere. Good work/life balance, although restructuring is currently increasing workload on remaining staff. They are doing some interesting work, especially in data analytics and data science.

Cons

1. Lack of integrity: on multiple occasions I witnessed management, including senior executives, make very poor judgements including derogatory comments about people and their jobs to their face, bullying women, using underhanded ways to get pregnant women to leave. 2. Nepotism: repeated examples of nepotism exist at the highest levels including pay raises, bonuses, internal transfers with lucrative benefits. 3. Lack of transparency: management fears any negative news being disclosed and will play with performance measurements to improve good news. They have not yet realised that to be trusted, a company must be open and honest. 4. Very poor expense policy: the UK business requires employees to pay for their own food and sundries on travel in the UK. Yet, senior management get significant living expenses when travelling or foreign postings.

Pros

Recreational Room with full-size table tennis, arcade machine, basketball hoops, and pinball machines.

Cons

constant streaming of people leaving and hiring. it runs software development like a sweatshop. you don't go home and work overt time until something is fixed. all environment are constantly being broken because of frequent launch and not enough quality assurance testing.
