Pros

Worked in the Cardinal Place office in the Marketing Dept. Decent location, OK salary. The benefits package isn't too bad.

Cons

Horrible, highly political environment. Teams aren't good at working together, and it's a nightmare to get anything done. Directors not willing to make decisions. Steer clear until management is changed.

Pros

Worked for Experian (Melbourne) for many years. Most staff are good to work with.

Cons

It used to be a great place to work for. Not anymore. It is not just my opinion. People vote with their feet - very high turn-over rate. Nobody of PMs worked longer than a year. One person (out of 12) leaves Delivery every 3 months (average). New delivery manager has no sense of decency. Swearing, deception... That is why Experian is constantly looking for people. Do not expect any support from HR. Would not recommend this place to a friend.
