Pros

Good benefits. Flexible schedule. Location. They provide work at home equipment.

Cons

Experian Health was a great business unit when I first became employed in Tier 2 Support. Previous leadership was kind, honest and respectful. No they're just mean- nice. In the last 10 years, its been a hard decline. Dishonesty from Sr Leadership. Severe micromanagement. NO communication. You have to get information second hand within the organization. No fair pay for roles. Employees doing the work if 3-4 individuals. Roles and expectations change with no conversations. This Leadership that's been in place for a couple is very untrustworthy. Positions are created and quitely handed to who leadership likes. No public posting of management positions. Impossible to get a score of a 4 or 5 for the end of the performance evaluation. Leadership does not help with career paths. Long time employees are fleeing the company. No true value and appreciation for employees. They will say they appreciate you but actions clearly do not reflect. No diversity in Health leadership at all. Only people if color ate lower level. Many individuals do not have any faith in trust in Senior Leadership from the President and everyone under him. I no longer feel I havey job security. Dont make any major life decisions like buying a home or car while working here. Can't be trusted. It would be great if the CEO Jennifer Schulz needs to have a non manager, open feedback town hall with Client Support employees. Otherwise things are never going to change.

Pros

Some of the benefits are good. Work life balance is OK but getting worse with more expected from everyone. You can work from home, but don't expect to do just a 9-5 role. That doesn't exist.

Cons

More people leaving means additional workloads for those that remain. Everyone is expected to work faster, produce more at a quicker pace but the processes don't allow for this with new processes being thrown in without understanding of how this impacts actual work. All in all, this means that you're just running into a headwind with no real gain. Managers are generally just people who have been promoted and don't know how to manage people. Not sure why progression in Experian means you have to manage people even if you don't want to.
