Pros

nowadays it is mostly work from home ..which is such a good thing.thank god

Cons

the IT team in mumbai is the worst team to join because of- dirtly politics foviritism to some select people it head is selfish and oppurtutinistic he has no respect for junior team members.treated like outsourced labour he avoids any responsibility for any work.always has some excuse has not done even one good project in more than a year. cannot take independent technical decisiosn.always is rely on global team always pushes his team members to tell NO to operations.never challenges other leaders directly focuses only on managing his impression with seniors is not able to motivate anyone.talks very politically always 90% team resigned in few months because of him.whoever is left is desperately seeking job in market or job in other department lies that people are leaving because of good job market.people are leaving him and the dirty culture he has created

Pros

Company is good I joined with lot of hopes and thought its a good brand. Business leaders are good

Cons

Recruiting Leadership in Hyderabad doesnt know anything about recruiting doesnt know who is doing what and why ......completely clueless .... disrespects business leaders and talks filthy language with his own team. heavy beuraucratic mindset. often uses words like "zero tolerance", Strict action etc shouts at people without giving chance to speak. doesnt have basic manners talking to women, if you speak up on any of these things, you are simply fired , without giving any reason has heavy favouritism in the team goes by assumptions rather checking the actual work He say something today and forget the same in the evening every small thing will be highlighted as a big mistake some likely examples in meeting he should ask what is going wrong lets work together help me understand the issues instead he tells everyone of observing their moves and sends out warning to everyone to be careful fake smile every now on then ...shows himself soft but not....

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. Experian as a people first organisation is committed to exceptional employee experiences. We're proud of the 87% 'Recommend to a Friend' Hyderabad rating. It is disheartening to read you feel this didn’t reflect your journey. We always welcome feedback in order to address any concerns a colleague might have, irrespective of how big or small they may be, and from current and former employees alike. Your feedback on areas of improvement do come as a surprise. It’s a shame you are now a former employee, as the business and I would have done everything possible to improve your Experian journey if known at the time. I would still be interested in better understanding your point of view and would warmly encourage you to reach out to me, in the strictest of confidence, to provide more context – Wil Lewis, Chief TA Officer

Pros

On paper; a good deal. Hybrid working is still the stand out feature and there is investment in having a good public image which means events and feel good stuff

Cons

Low bar leadership and without a clear, compelling strategy. They will ask almost hilariously unrealistic things of you without any conditions for success. Lots of redundancies delivered without feeling and thought at Christmas, no enterprise wide thinking and those with roles that are there to drive change are eaten alive and scapegoated. It’s amazing how huge investments gone wrong are swept under the carpet when the points of failure need real inspection. Leaders who smile and nod and join in the bizarre corporate gaslighting (vs reality) are more praised than those who actually deliver meaningful work. There is a very apparent and unaddressed boys club (and that’s coming from male employee). The reward system is a soul destroying mess and the whole company talks about it. These 5 star reviews I’ve just read are clearly written by HR. I’m astonished to read them as they do not correlate to the company I know and I know that my peers see.
