2yThanks for writing a review. Positive to read that you enjoyed working alongside colleagues and our flexible working proposition. I'm disheartened to read that over all though you felt you had a 1 star experience. This is in contrast to what I see and hear daily (or reflected in our Glassdoor ratings, employee survey results, Great Place to Work awards etc). There are various channels for open communication through our open-door policy, 1:1s, focus groups, surveys, exit interviews and more. I would have addressed any concerns, big or small, had I known. We will utilise your feedback to ensure we continue to build on opportunities, we're committed to making Experian a truly exceptional place to work.
