      Not enough focus on full time hiring of Project Managers, the focus seems to be engineering/developers

      Treatment for new Singapore Permanent Resident

      The company joins other MNCs in Singapore to pay CPF-in-lieu to their foreign employees.

      Cons

      but stops doing so the moment they attain PR status. Defeat the purpose of creating a fair reward system.

      Not necessarily a negative thing, but learning curve is steep and can get a bit overwhelming for few. But there are many self-serve trainings available to help.
