Pros

Great scope of Big Data was promised and is delivered. I feel like I'm doing real data engineering work and utilizing my skills properly. Experian is an organization of its words. The existing Engineering team paved a smoother path and made my initial days very easy with the required information and the right KT. The tech stack is very diverse and a great opportunity to explore. Peer groups did mention about a lot of interesting stuff happening in their zones as well. I'm thankful to the HR team, right from the first call regarding the opportunity, the follow ups during the whole interview process the HR was very patient and supportive. I bothered at odd hours with many questions. He never missed a single call and was very professional. I was doubtful and worried about the joining process but it was handled very smoothly and received required things on time.

Cons

Nothing as of now and looking forward to a great association.

Pros

the company has good reputation abroad.in india no one knows it.

Cons

Our IT team is slowly becoming a ruin.everyone is looking for jobs outside even during the worst times.there was no resignation in team when job market was so good in last 2 years ..but now 4 people have resigned in 4 months.all the best resources are leaving one by one.the situation is become very bad and frustrating.there is no good project..no learning or knowledge gaining..only unnecessary pressure on phone full day.senior management is talking about giving good feedback on survey but doing nothing to improve work or condition of team.this is going to now become like few years back when the manager used to first trouble us and then stand behind our back to enter good feedback.those days are coming back again as same people are back in system.again team has been blocked from talking to business directly.no information is shared openly. people are being treated as senior junior and hierarchy system is brought in.some team members have started getting preferable treatment and now there are groups formed in team.everyone is insecure.

Don't believe the reviews

Pros

Used to be a great place to work, but sen leadership can no longer be trusted. Can you believe they asked people to post positive reviews here? There is no integrity left with the current leadership team. Leaders lie to people's faces. They protect their friends and let the good people go.

Cons

Not sure where to start. The platforms are a mess. Customers are furious and leaving in droves. Leadership doesn't care about the people or the company, only what benefits them personally.
