Pros

This job is not far from my home - I do not have other opportunities for the moment for leaving the company. After that, it is not a bad company, there are advantages to work in a group as Experian.

Cons

The Salaries are under the market salaries - the communication is not very good - The management does not recognize the hard work we are doing - The Bonus are now indexed on the market results, and so this year Bonus has been deleted.

Pros

to gain domw functional knowlwdge about financial services. To meet some good people of experience and try to learn from them what you can, on your own. To testify to the fact-to your next employer- that you can handle demanding assignments.

Cons

Complete inadequacy of management and leadership, amateur bahaviors, lack of organisation, 'corridors' and behind the scenes actions and discussions, lack of professionalism coupled with ever more ambitious expansion plans- which leaves clients completely uncovered and frustrated..

Pros

Experian's senior leadership if very strategic and future-focused. They look far down the road in order to put business strategies in place today that will help keep the company profitable in lean times.

Cons

Depending upon your position, opportunities for career and professional growth can be somewhat limited. There is not as much focus on developing existing employees with good potential as there is on recruiting from outside for a desired skilll set.
