Pros

Integrated Marketing salary was good for those who joined from former Clarity Blue.

Cons

Senior management always behave like headless chickens. They lack vision. Manangers are shuffled frequently for no reason. Senior people (even technical side) just do not listen to others. They have some shambolic in-house tools which they always try to impose on all projects.

Pros

Large company with good benefits. Good career growth potential if you are working for one of the profitable and growing business units such as Consumer Direct or the digital marketing space; be prepared to put in many, many hours.

Cons

Senior leadership spend a great deal of time and energy focused on pleasing the analysts from quarter to quarter. Marketing Services has experienced numerous layoffs which makes for a distrustful environment from an employee perspective. Senior leaders tend to treat employees like a disposable commodity while retaining their own executive perks such as first class air travel, company cars, bonuses and stock options.

Pros

The compensation plan is attractive especially with regards to the flexible time off allotments. In addition the company has immense potential as it's data assets are outstanding.

Cons

Director and VP positions change frequently enough that there is minimal continuity in the business strategy. If a solid strategy was chosen and used for more than a year at a time the potential upside is immense but history over the last years shows this as a very low probability.
