Pros

They have a lot of money with wiliness to spend it on risky investments and new ventures. They have nice benefits as well.

Cons

Poor leadership overshadows any promising ideas. Egos collide and are blind to a common success. Incompetent middle management are not kept in check. Poor choice for career growth.

Pros

They really tried to do some nice things: free bagels, fruit, cookies. And the AM's were usually really thankful and nice to work with. The hours were pretty normal if you did not have a workaholic manager.

Cons

But, and this is a big one, there are some lifers there who are completely toxic. There was some behavior by management that I just found totally shocking. But as a junior, who would I complain to? I didn't really trust HR due to some really bad broken promises. It's not really a place for introverts, or people who like to work in quiet environments. Hard to make friends if you not are not in your early 20's and really into going out and drinking.
