Pros

-Culture - work hard, play hard, GET REWARDED -Flat mgt structure - Easy to walk into VP or CO's office for a chat -Earnings potential - I earned six figures my first year in sales -Experience - QAS gave me the opprotunity to work enterprise level, solution based sales opportunities Most of the reviews on this site come from people who could not make the transition to a solution based sale. If you are looking for a transactional-based sale with short sale cycles this is not for you, stick with copiers/payrol/etc. However, if you prefer to act as a consultant and work with C level execs to solve their business needs then you may want to apply at QAS.

Cons

High expectations - this is not a company for people seeking a 35 hour work week. The entire culture is built on having successful, driven employees looking to dvelopment their sales skills and earnings potential

Pros

Experian is a relatively good company. It operates globally, so there are opportunities to travel and/or move. Solid financial performance.

Cons

It's a male dominated company, even though they have women leaders. Typically the women are kept in a secondary position, without clear consideration for the top jobs.
