Pros

Benefits are great and they are flexible with most non-call center employees. If you work in the call center you will need to make the commute into the office everyday other positions have the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

They continue to outsource jobs to other countries. Not sure if it’s to become a more “global” company or to save on salary costs.

Pros

Very good rich technical environment to learn if you are from IT.

Cons

Bureaucracy is huge, benefits are terrible. Lots of layoffs lately. Projects don't go ahead, everything is slow, very slow. Lots of meetings with no reason and people use to get more than 30 minutes late for the meetings.
