      Pros

      Great opportinities to progress, great big company benefits. Local management tend to do a good job and over a long period of time do produce decent products

      Cons

      In the end you are a number to them and if the numbers are not working for senior management there is only one outcome.

      Pros

      Good employee culture with smart people, lots of perks with breakfasts, internal and external training, and good vacation policy. Bright future for the company if it's managed effectively. Plan seems good if it can be executed correctly.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction from management and changing priorities. Bureaucracy strangles innovation and slow moving product updates frustrate employees and clients alike. Many changes over the past year have caused a lot of turnover.

      Dynamic industry, exciting products, fun team and opportunity to build a great career here or around the world

      Cons

      Two many managers, too many managers with no sales experience means they hide behind reports and not knowledge, highly political probably due to manager insecurity, lots of puppets.
