Pros

Lots of opportunities to get stuck in to big projects, both entirely local and through putting an A/NZ spin on global initiatives. Incredibly friendly teams, the processes aren’t always the simplest but there’s no shortage of people there to help and point you in the right direction.

Cons

The global nature of the business means there can be the occasional call outside of business hours.

Onboarding experience

Pros

I had a fantastic onboarding experience! The team was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from day one. IT support was excellent, my laptop was fully set up and all necessary access was granted without any delays. HR and the Office Admin team were equally impressive, they greeted me warmly and even provided a welcome pack filled with goodies. The office itself is beautiful, modern, well-equipped and a great space to work in. Overall, a seamless and positive start!!

Cons

Nothing to mention at all
