Experian overall is a positive environment that has a great employee-centric culture. The company really prioritizes their employees and most employees have a great work life balance. Being such a large global company, there is a lot of interesting people working on really interesting things.

Cons

Working at a company as large as Experian has its cons. First of all, the business is usually slow to adopt emerging technologies. Also, there are a lot of security restrictions that make it harder to develop new tech.
