      Amazing and Inclusive Culture

      Pros

      Such an amazing culture here at Experian which you wouldn't expect from such a large tech company . I feel I can be myself at work and also am not looked down on for being young / a graduate. The Graduate scheme here at Experian has been great, super supportive and endless opportunities for development! I've learnt so much in my 2 years here and it has been an amazing start to my career.

      Cons

      Quite a complex business so can be challenging but wouldn't nessacarily count this as a con, great opportunities to expand your network around the business.
