      A lot of working from home which can get in the way of team building sometimes despite being useful for flexibility

      Pros

      They care about their employers! My personal development is valued and prioritised, I've been paired with a mentor to help my guide me through any job I'd want in the future as well as a Buddy to make sure I'm getting on okay in the mean time. The 6 month rotations gives me a great idea of what area I'd like to work in in the future, and the training you receive for each area is thorough and well supported.

      Cons

      It very much depends what team you're in on whether you will be able to work in the office consistently with them, as a lot of people chose to work from home. But there are always people in the office to sit with they just might not be your team.
