      Pros

      Evonik offers the opportunity to be an innovative thinker and bring all ideas and thoughts to the table. Leadership team is very approachable and welcomes new ideas, most importantly they are all on the same page and driving toward the same goal. I find the European culture refreshing, you are able to speak your mind and be truthful without "hurting" anyones feelings. The culture fosters and open environment to speak and be heard.

      Cons

      Very lean organization and although it's a positive reflection on the organization that people don't leave it becomes hard to move ahead in the organization
