Nice to work for a large corporation and yet have a small, home town feel. Really foster a sense of family and community. Good benefits and decent salary.

Cons

They had a "Christmas" dinner vs a "Holiday" dinner so those not Christian certainly did not feel included. A bit too many emails from HR about too many opportunities to volunteer; which isn't a bad thing but pick one or two things and stick with that rather than having so much

Great benefits, good salary, great co workers.

Cons

Too many tightly controlled processes, mandates, and rigid policies that hinder success. Very unbending and top down management style reminiscent of the 50's. They try to control everything from Germany which, again hinders success in other global markets. Unless you are German, opportunities are limited. (not impossible, but limited nonetheless)
