      None. Most other companies are better employers

      Cons

      Horrible morale. Terrible working conditions. Terrible reliability. Management is bloated and useless. Support departments slow down and hurt production, not help it.

      Health benefits are comparable Average 401K match for the industry

      Cons

      Cult like culture. If you don’t fit in they will treat you like garbage. Zero diversity. No sense of urgency to get major problems fixed. I hope you never want to be paid correctly.
