      Although they claim they are big on diversity and Openness is one of their core values, diplomacy is advisable at all times.

      Pros

      Exciting projects, relaxed environment for the most part, lots of flexibility. Values safety.

      Cons

      Depending on demand, you may have excessive hours but it won’t be for the entire year, just every now and then. The training is reliant on SOPs, if you’re not familiar that’s just a LOT of paperwork but keeps you safe and GMP focused.
