      Still the best working place for someone who need to seelte down or long term career with no stress

      Relax, job scope clearly stated, not much politics

      Cons

      Cultural different, need to talk much if not you aren't contributing. Slower career progressing. If you always talk (anything) to management. You re can be level up and salary increment higher.
