Bad pay, no communication

Helps improve social skills, I enjoy getting to socialise with regular customers and being in a fast paced environment

Cons

pay is only 8.33/hour if you’re under 21 which they believe is sufficient because it is above minimum wage. Around Christmas time there are no swim lessons for 2 weeks, which head office don’t notify customers by email, so you are subjected to frequent complaints and customers being horrible to you because of this. My personal experience is that not everyone wants to work as a team, and you’re left by yourself

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with Everyone Active while you are working with us. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us improve our workplace. We take on board regarding the swim lessons stopping over the Christmas break. Customers can only be informed though if they are updated there communication preferences on MRM and have given us the correct email address and permission to send them emails. Regarding the pay we always are reviewing the pay structures in the company and as you said it is above the minimum wage for the age bracket that the government sets. We are sorry that you feel that not everyone at your centre wants to work as a team. We strive within Everyone Active for everyone to work coherently and help each other out. We are glad though that you enjoy the pace of the work environment and enjoy socialising with your regular customers. We appreciate the time it took you to share your review with us.
