Thank you for sending us your feedback and thoughts. We do have set numbers for Swimming Lessons dependant on the group and area of the pool available. If you were worried the lessons were too big I hope you did speak with the Swim Manager on site at the time. We are happy though that you had a nice team of colleagues that you worked with. We hope you are enjoying whatever career choice you are doing now and we apprectiate the time it took you to let us know how you felt.

We always try to make pay equal but that is worked out on what the minimum wage is dependant on age of the colleague to meet the standard set by the government. The roles above are then worked out from that. We do though suggest you speak with your GM if you believe someone on the same level and in the same age bracket is being paid a different amount per hour.
