I was never paid correctly. The manager would just invent what hours i had and hadnt worked and somehow always rounded my wages off to the nearest hundred although the amount i earned per hour and my irregular hours made this impossible. Never provided me with a pay slip. They also refused to pay another 17yo member of staff over £600 of overtime and essentially said tough sue us. Complete lack of training also lol dont work here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Thank you for your feedback. I am afraid cleaning is always an essential part of everyone's job where we deal with a constant flow of public within our buildings. We are glad though that you enjoy working with colleagues at the centre. We appreciate the time it has taken you to give us this feedback.

Meetings and training can be quite far a lot of times outside of london

Glad you are being supported within your role. In regards to training we are always trying to get courses spread out around Everyone Active so that those that need to train don't have to travel so far. This is a challenge in itself. Please though do contact the training team if there is a particular face to face course that needs to be done and we can look into how many staff in the area need it to whether it is worth holding the course nearer to your site to reduce travel for everyone.
