Colleagues are really nice and so is management. The interactions with customers are usually always positive.

Cons

Barely any cons apart from the fact that our break is only 30mins.

So many - took over the site a year ago (I’ve worked there for over 15 years) - since then nothing gets fixed (lockers, showers, studio aircon was broken for 6 weeks last summer yet still expected to teach in an airless room) cleanliness standards have completely disintegrated - the one remaining ladies shower that works is filthy with mould. Making instructors pay for their own ppl licence is disgusting - the staff are low paid anyway but now they have forced this upon us. I wonder if they will start making us pay for the air one soon too 😏 It takes our wages back down to 2007 levels. They do not care one bit about the quality of the classes we teach (expecting us to use dreadful ppl-free music) or their customers. They are the worst employers I have ever had.

We do have some sites that have the Inflatable session so could be possible, timetable and cost allowance of it. We are glad though that you find working for Everyone Active a great place to work.
