Very poor management. Policies were put in place that gradually made it worse for staff to be there.

Hello, It's a shame that you feel like you are left to get on with it, we would suggest discussing this with your line manager who can perhaps give you some further support, if they know how you feel. You could ask for your 1-2-1 to be set up and use this as a way to discuss how you feel.
