Very little really, the pay is average at best!

Cons

Although my particular line manager is excellent, all higher management do not care about their paying customers, as soon as they have signed them up for a membership they don't care anymore which I find infuriating. The company are all about money and treat staff terribly, very little communication through the tiers of management and staff are put under huge pressure to hit targets and instead of encouragement, are threatened with punishment if sales targets are not met. Very nasty atmosphere generally.
