Free use of all Everyone Active sites across the UK. Nice working environment (depending on colleagues and management, of course).

Cons

Too many managers... regional managers, above contract managers, etc. This creates a culture of finger-pointing where they can pass the book down if targets are not being met. Lack of progression: No incentives and lack of training opportunities.
