Not many, the workplace feels pressured and unsupportive.

Cons

Workplace is unsupportive. Managers don’t take pride in their staffs work. Furthermore the work is boring and un-engaging. There is a monthly assessment based on swimming and medical practice if you can’t attend or fail in ANYWAY to complete this monthly assessment they won’t let you work, even if your injured they will still expect you to do it.
