Thanks for your feedback, working in leisure has the tendancy to make every day a different experience for everyone, glad you feel it's a positive part of the job. We do hope that as the Covid measures ease we will be able to return to a full programme in time which may give you the opportunity to do more hours

Wage is based on government minimum wage - so someone whos 16 doing the same job gets about half of the wage someone older gets

Thanks for your comments, glad you are able to make use of the facilities. The wages tend to be standard accross the business but we do have the option of apprenticeships that you can complete which can give you more qualifactions and skills that can be used within the centre, if you chat with your line manager they can give your more details
