Constantly unorganised and poor communication between teachers to the swim manager. Unhelpful management that failed to deliver quality support to teachers.

Clear structure to swim school Options for CPD I had a great and supportive manager but this did seem to be variable between centres

Cons

In order to maximise profit the company has continued to increase lessons sizes, particularly for younger ages (4 and under) at some point this must be considered unsafe.
