Pros

If you are successful, you can make a lot of $. Working hard, usually pays off. A good place to have started my career.

Cons

Management stabs you in the back. Asks for feedback and then uses it against you. Company just sees you as a number, and that's it. Politics of this company are so bad. Management has favorites, and only looks out for them. Even when you are on PTO, you are still expected to work.

Good Gig for beginners

Pros

They provide you an opportunity to get into the robotics / engineering industry. If you continuously push for a raise you can get up to $2.

Cons

Lack of support from your managers. Instead of resolving issues, they prefer to avoid confrontations. No PTO, you are underpaid in comparison to FTE employees, very expensive major health plans ($1,600/Mo for you and spouse). With a Temp contract, you can perform super well, but in the end you can suddenly get: "your services are no longer required".

Pros

Friendly coworkers Good team building & atmosphere Nice office

Cons

Only care about the bottom line. Expected to be a part of the entire sales cycle as an Account Manager. Very micromanaging. They will fire you if you don’t pass the test out after training. Even if you show up early and leave late every day and make good relationships in the office… you will be let go if you can’t get up to speed fast enough.
