Pros

Good training ground if you want to work in sales, recruiting, consulting, etc. Not a great place if you want to do something more "skill" oriented like accounting, or engineering.

Cons

It's a churn and burn environment. If you make it past two years, you're doing pretty well. Most people who can stick around for two years end up doing very well; either within Apex, or at another company.

Pros

Good communication, you can usually call someone to get something done Salary is somewhat negotiable Will try to work with you; when things change they try to keep you employed

Cons

While the salary isn't bad, it's not the best Sometimes when talking to the managers you get the feeling you're not terribly important and they're trying to get you off the phone ASAP. Granted they're probably busy, but sometimes you feel under appreciated. No holidays period, whereas some contractors give holidays.
