Good onboarding process, great clients, good about rearranging travel plans for emergencies.

Cons

Poor recruiter communication, poor followup with payroll issues, poor management, poor raise scheme, disorganized HR.

Pros

Pay weekly. Recruiter is easy to contact. Website is easy to navigate for hours submission and pay history.

Cons

Pay is below what other contractors pay for the same work. Insurance is a joke, you are better off with ObamaCare. Other contractors are paying people I manage more and also giving them a laptop. But because of the contract I signed I would have work at completely different client if I switched.

Paid a salary is just above/below norms. Above callcenter pay below desktop pay. If you know what I mean.

Cons

After a year they have not recognized or acknowledged a review for advancement of any kind. Advancement mean pay increase.
