Pros
Stable, did I mention it was stable? But you better know what your doing or you will be canned in no time. Turn over where I was at was ridiculous.
Cons
- No paid time off, gave a week paid time off the 2nd year and then proceeded to take it away for good after that - Gave small raises for the first year and then no raises again after that - Only gave somewhat real medical insurance after the government made them, otherwise it was pretend insurance before that, also overpriced for what I made with them. - They refuse to pay holidays, no if's and or buts! dont bother asking! - Cheap Cheap Cheap Cheap Cheap....... was that enough times to say it? - Management for the company I was contracted to was the worst I ever worked for!
